We worked with this franchisee client to implement the branding and design guidelines of F45 Training into their selected location in NW Calgary.
We assisted this client with their first commercial tenant improvement. Through bylaw and zoning reviews to planning, design, and drawings. Also, we assisted with the permit and construction admin while consulting on graphics and signage. Analyzing the spatial and sound requirements for this site was important, given the adjacent residential units.
